Policies & Details


  • A deposit is required to hold the date on our calendar and will be applied to the final balance due.
  • Orders taken within 4 weeks of the delivery date require full payment by Visa or MasterCard.


  • The number of boxes needed and full/final payment is due 4 weeks prior to delivery date.


  • Changes and cancellations will be accepted up to 4 weeks prior to the delivery date.
  • Changes cannot be not accepted within 4 weeks of the delivery date due to the use of perishable food items.  If the order is cancelled within 4 weeks of the delivery date, all payments will be forfeited.

Goodies For Guests gladly accepts Visa, MasterCard and personal checks. Orders taken within 4 weeks of the delivery date require full payment by Visa or MasterCard.


  • Products substitutions may be required due to product availability.
  • Names for name tags and inserts for boxes (welcome letters/itineraries) need to be provided  10 days prior to delivery date.
  • Minimum orders may apply.
  • Final box numbers needed 4 weeks prior to delivery date.
